DESCRIPTION:The Parma Precision Rifle matches are part of the Precision Rifle Series (PRS) Regional\, Rimfire\, and Pro Series of matches. Parma Precision Rifle matches are typically held on the 3rd Saturday of every month at Parma Rod and Gun Club. PGRC is Southern Idaho’s Unrivaled Premier shooting facility with over 150 acres of privately owned land featuring both square range and natural terrain firing positions stretching over 900 yards from end to end on our or long-range rifle firing line. PRGC offers a great venue for new and experienced shooters alike. Shooters of all skill levels are welcome to attend\, especially those new to the sport with no prior experience and a willingness to learn. Please find us on Facebook at Idaho Precision Rifle Community and please don’t hesitate to ask any questions there or email us at Lammbn@gmail.com. \nMatch Director Brady Lamm has been hosting Precision rifle matches since 2017 with several years of prior shooting experience. We strive to design stages that challenge shooters with a balance of target size\, distance\, and firing position/order yet provide competitors with a fair chance to hit every target. We believe that a stage should be skill based and avoid any “gimmicky” or luck-based elements. We rarely incorporate any kind of gear restrictions into our COF\, we prefer to design our stages so that they can be approached with several different types of equipment and be successful without lending advantage to one style throughout the COF as a whole. \nAll Centerfire matches will be between 8 and 10 stages with a round count between 65 and 100\, typically about 85 rounds will be needed to complete the course of fire. Target distances range from 100 to 1\,000 yards with a majority between 300 to 700 yards \nListed start time is the time of the Mandatory Shooters safety brief\, immediately after which the match will commence. DESCRIPTION:Saturday 25 April 2026\, 08:00am – 05:00pm\n\nHits : 15\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMatch starts: April 25\, 2026 @ 8:00 AM · Match ends: April 25\, 2026 @ 5:00 PM \nLocation: Parma\, ID \n***Cut off date for shirts is 4/10/2026. ***The 2026 Parma 1911 Match will be held on April 2th\, 2026 at the Parma Rod and Gun Club. This is an outlaw match that pays tribute John Browning and one of the finest handguns ever made\, the Single Stack 1911. This exciting match is not for the faint of heart. It will challenge you and yet it will be one of the most fun matches you will participate in all year. This is a MAJOR power factor match and a Single Stack 1911 is required to shoot it. 9mm shooters will NOT be turned away\, but you may find yourself at a disadvantage at times. All magazines will be limited to 8 rounds. Stages will be entertaining and you will become intimately familiar with the term re-load. Match fee will be $75. This will include lunch\, an awesome T-shirt and a ticket for a random drawing after the match. More tickets may be earned by order of finish\, helping with set-up / tear-down\, ETC. While this is not a prize table match\, we will have some awesome prizes to give away. No refunds after April 1st. If you are a PCC Shooter\, stick around and enjoy the PCC ONLY match the following day.
